Hiring Process Phases

 Phase I

·        Written knowledge exam

·        Skills station, based on level of certification/licensure

·        Oral interview

Phase II

·        Background check

·        Driving abstract

·        “Fit for Duty” physical exam

·        Urine drug screen

 Phase III

·        New Employee Orientation Program

·        Driver Development Program

·        Field orientation

Each phase of the process must be passed before continuing on to the next.  Notification of successful completion of a phase is provided within 2-4 days.
